Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2773927 Ontario. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits.
    • Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to optimize profitability.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and supplies.
  • Event Management
    • Plan and execute events, including catering and facility rentals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
