Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain operating budgets, inventory, and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our team members
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Ensuring the office is organized and secure
