Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Royal Canadian Realty Brokers Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, electronic mail, and excellent multitasking, time management, and team player skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
