Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and greet visitors.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
