Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Active Green and Ross. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee data, inventory, and financial information.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
