Operational Excellence Manager

At Piramal Group, we are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deploying operational excellence practices across the site, facilitating the site strategy deployment process, and enabling the site to achieve financial savings and KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy operational excellence practices across the site, ensuring alignment with corporate OE plan
- Conceptualize and manage cross-functional business initiatives in project mode, utilizing analytical techniques and change management methodologies
- Facilitate site strategy deployment process, driving Zero Defects, Zero Deterrents, Zero Harm, and Zero Waste objectives
- Enable site to take challenging targets, navigate teams to achieve financial savings and KPI targets, and report project status and financial results
- Coach and guide users on utilizing Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to implement projects and drive problem-solving
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma capability development, including White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt training programs, and govern certification process
- Drive deployment of DMS program, defining strategy for roll-out, deployment, and maturation at the site
- Conduct data analytics and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities in processes, drive thematic improvement projects, and ensure key burning issues are translated through Performance Management System (PMS) standard
- Program manage Kaizen competition and Ideas Management program for site, ensuring horizontal deployment of OE best practices from network sites
- Support site in achieving financial saving targets and other KPI targets
- Ensure reporting and review of monthly OE and KPIs MIS via established OE governance model with site leadership team, global/regional OE heads
- Support organization digitalization journey, engaging in strategic and tactical digital use cases deployment
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, site leadership team meetings, and other documents as required by site head/global/regional OE
