Operational Excellence Manager

At Piramal Group, we are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deploying operational excellence practices across the site, driving business initiatives, and facilitating strategy deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy operational excellence practices across the site, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Conceptualize and manage cross-functional business initiatives, leveraging analytical techniques and change management methodologies.
- Facilitate site strategy deployment, ensuring effective and efficient execution towards Zero Defects, Zero Deterrents, Zero Harm, and Zero Waste.
- Enable the site to achieve challenging targets, navigating teams to achieve financial savings and KPI targets.
- Coach and guide users on utilizing Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to implement projects and drive problem-solving.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma capability development, including White Belt, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt training programs.
- Drive the deployment of the DMS program, defining strategy and ensuring team capability through training and coaching.
- Conduct data analytics and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities, driving thematic improvement projects to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety.
- Effectively program manage the Kaizen competition and Ideas Management program, ensuring horizontal deployment of OE best practices.
- Support the site in achieving financial saving targets and other KPI targets.
- Ensure reporting and review of monthly OE and KPIs MIS via the established OE governance model.
