We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join the Piramal Group team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the site, facilitating strategic deployment, and leading cross-functional business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy Operational Excellence Practices: Develop and implement operational excellence practices across the site, aligning with the corporate OE plan.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Conceptualize and manage various cross-functional business initiatives in project mode, utilizing analytical techniques and change management methodologies.
- Facilitate Strategy Deployment: Effectively facilitate the site strategy deployment process, focusing on Zero Defects, Zero Deterrents, Zero Harm, and Zero Waste.
- Drive Financial Savings and KPIs: Enable the site to achieve challenging targets and navigate teams to achieve financial savings and KPI targets, reporting project status and financial results.
- Coach and Guide Teams: As an expert in Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma tools and methodologies, coach and guide users on utilizing these tools to implement projects and drive problem-solving.
- Develop Lean Six Sigma Capability: Facilitate Lean Six Sigma capability development through training programs and govern the certification process.
- Deploy DMS Program: Drive the deployment of the DMS program, defining the strategy for roll-out, deployment, and maturation at the site.
- Conduct Data Analytics and Diagnostics: Conduct data analytics and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities in processes, driving thematic improvement projects to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety.
- Program Manage Kaizen Competition and Ideas Management: Effectively program manage the Kaizen competition and Ideas Management program for the site, ensuring the horizontal deployment of OE best practices.
- Support Digitalization Journey: Support the organization's digitalization journey, engaging in strategic and tactical digital use cases deployment.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by site head and global/regional OE heads.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational excellence, lean six sigma, and change management. They will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and facilitate strategic deployment.
