The Standard Luxury Tavern is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen systems to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional cuisine.
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as inventory management and control systems.
