Sushi Fresh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of specialist chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • Developing and implementing new menus and recipes
  • Ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of food costs, inventory, and sales

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader who can drive our culinary vision forward. The successful candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and training staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
  • Developing and implementing efficient systems for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling labor costs
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

We offer a competitive salary of $**$80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in Japanese cuisine and menu development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
