About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead the strategic planning process for our Quaker Nutritious Portable Foods (NPF/Bars) portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing consumer-centric plans across the Bars portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate the growth of the NPF/Bars portfolio, including business review, total connections planning, annual operating planning, innovation planning, and commercialization.
  • Lead consumer touchpoints, including brand positioning, innovation, communications, media, in-store, sampling, and experiential initiatives to create consumer demand and drive positive share growth.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external agency partners to bring to life strong consumer and commercial plans.
  • Own and manage budgets for advertising and media resources to maximize ROI across the Bars portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven strategic thinking skills and ability to lead internal and external partners in the development and execution of consumer and commercial plans.
