Responsibilities

Accelerate the growth of the Quaker Nutritious Portable Foods (NPF/Bars) portfolio by leading the strategic planning process, including:

  • Business Review, Total Connections Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Innovation Planning, and Commercialization that are grounded in consumer insights that ultimately create consumer demand and drive positive share growth.
  • Create consumer-centric plans across the Bars portfolio by leading consumer touchpoints, including brand positioning, innovation, communications, media, in-store, sampling, and experiential initiatives.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Digital, Insights, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal) and external agency partners to bring to life strong consumer and commercial plans.
  • Budget ownership and accountability for leveraging Advertising & Media resources to maximize ROI across the Bars portfolio.
Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Business degree preferred)

  • Proven strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external partners in the development and execution of consumer and commercial plans.
