Responsibilities

Accelerate Portfolio Growth:

  • Lead strategic planning for the Quaker Nutritious Portable Foods (NPF/Bars) portfolio, including business review, total connections planning, and commercialization
  • Create consumer-centric plans across the Bars portfolio, leveraging consumer insights to drive demand and growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to bring plans to life
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for advertising and media initiatives
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Business degree preferred)
  • Proven strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners
