Haztech Energy Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for Office Operations to join our team. This role provides support for our Office Manager, Operations, Training, and Human Resources teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations, Finance, and HR teams
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, and replenish as required
  • Register students for training courses via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Issue training certificates for classroom and onsite training courses
  • Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations for team members
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Data entry for accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide additional administrative support duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
