Assent Compliance is seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager, Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing data and technology partnerships that are integral to our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Vetting and Pilot Management: Lead the Solutions Engineering team's involvement in partner vetting and pilot projects within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions.
- Post-Contract Partnership Management: Manage the relationship with partners, within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions, post-contract, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the partner's role, project plans, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Process and Procedure Development: Establish and continuously improve processes and procedures for onboarding new partnerships, within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, solutions engineering, or a related role.
- Experience managing technology and data partnerships.
- Knowledge of technology ecosystems, preferably with experience in areas such as cloud computing or software solutions.
- Familiarity with Product Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Sustainable Product market drivers is desirable.
- Awareness of supply chain sustainability challenges and solutions.
- Strong understanding of solutions engineering and its role within a technology-driven organization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
