Job Title: Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager

Assent Compliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data and technology partnerships that are integral to our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vetting and Pilot Management: Lead the Solutions Engineering team's involvement in partner vetting and pilot projects within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions.
  • Post-Contract Partnership Management: Manage the relationship with partners, within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions, post-contract, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the partner's role, project plans, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Process and Procedure Development: Establish and continuously improve processes and procedures for onboarding new partnerships, within the scope of data and technology supporting Assent's solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and other departments, focusing on ensuring seamless communication and coordination for the partnerships critical to our solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, solutions engineering, or a related role.
  • Experience managing technology and data partnerships.
  • Knowledge of technology ecosystems, preferably with experience in areas such as cloud computing or software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Product Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Sustainable Product market drivers is desirable.
  • Awareness of supply chain sustainability challenges and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of solutions engineering and its role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in partnership management.
