Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
