Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor and wine store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our business goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business or liquor and wine store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
