Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends and competitor activity, informing our product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services we offer, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including in-store promotions and social media campaigns.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage our budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
