Liquor Store Manager

Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store is seeking a skilled Liquor Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor and wine store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research and Planning: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on consumer trends, competitor activity, and market demand, informing our product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range that meets customer needs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and organizational abilities
