Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Study market trends and consumer demand to determine sales strategies and optimize inventory levels.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including wine and spirits, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the liquor and wine industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
