At Royal Bank of Canada, we're seeking a skilled Senior Financial Services Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our financial planning department, you'll create custom investment solutions for prospective and existing clients. With the support of internal partners who send client referrals your way, you'll be empowered to provide world-class advice and solutions that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, with a proven track record of networking and client acquisition skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field is required, along with relevant certifications such as PFP, QAFPTM or CFP. Additionally, you'll need a Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC) and digital savviness to effectively utilize mobile applications.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using our unparalleled array of investment and portfolio solutions
  • Acquiring and consolidating existing and new-to-RBC clients and assets
  • Connecting clients with the right RBC team members to help continuously meet their needs
  • Developing external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and your centres of influence

This opportunity offers an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
