As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, you will focus on providing exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and understanding their requirements

  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • A Mutual Funds license and working towards a CIFP Diploma
