Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Direct and supervise the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to food service staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team.
Quality ControlEnsure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
CommunicationPrepare and communicate food order summaries to our chef, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently.
LogisticsSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location.
SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
