Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Direct and supervise the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and development opportunities to food service staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge and advance in their careers.

Manage Food Service Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service department, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food service operations are conducted in accordance with our high standards of quality and safety, including food handling and preparation procedures.

Manage Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records and reports of food service operations, including inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

30 hours per week
