  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that our menu offerings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that our staff are well-rested and able to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
