Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Leadership and CommunicationEstablish work schedules, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Staff ManagementHire food service staff, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours30 hours per week.
