Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate, assign, and review work for staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
