As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate, assign, and review work for staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to hotel operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
