- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
- Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for improvement
- Customer Service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and equipment
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
