Job Description:

The Administrative Services Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operations of our healthcare facilities. As a Medical Services Assistant - Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling procedures
  2. Maintaining accurate records and databases
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families
  4. Assisting with data entry and reporting
  5. Performing various administrative tasks as required

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
