Sales Director, Commercial Market Leader

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and innovation in our Commercial Market. As the Director of Workstation Specialty Sales, you will lead a diverse team of account managers, developing and implementing a dynamic customer acquisition strategy to drive revenue and profitability goals for Lenovo's professional workstation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy to drive revenue and profitability goals
- Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Product and Corporate Client Teams to identify and close professional workstation opportunities
- Align sales initiatives with corporate strategy and financial objectives
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and skills development for team members
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 10+ years of experience in commercial technology sales
- Proven track record of achieving top sales performance with multi-million-dollar quotas
- Relevant technical and industry knowledge
