Transformative Sales Leadership Opportunity

Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and innovation in our Commercial Market. As the Director of Workstation Specialty Sales, you will lead a diverse team of account managers, developing and implementing a dynamic customer acquisition strategy to drive revenue and profitability goals for Lenovo's professional workstation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy to drive revenue and profitability goals
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with Product and Corporate Client Teams to identify and close professional workstation opportunities
  • Align sales initiatives with corporate strategy and financial objectives
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and skills development for team members
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial technology sales
  • Proven track record of achieving top sales performance with multi-million-dollar quotas
  • Relevant technical and industry knowledge
