Job Title: Director - Workstation Specialty Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our workstation business. As Director - Workstation Specialty Sales, you will lead a team of specialized account managers, develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, and collaborate with Product and Corporate Client Teams to identify and close professional workstation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a dynamic customer acquisition strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of specialized account managers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Corporate Client Teams to identify and close professional workstation opportunities.
  • Drive revenue, unit, and profitability goals for Lenovo's professional workstation portfolio, including complementary accessories, services, and solutions.
  • Align sales initiatives to the corporate strategy and financial objectives.
  • Ownership of weekly sales cadence and forecast governance.
  • Provide on-going training, coaching, and skills development for team members.
  • Analyze market opportunities and assess competitive and technology requirements needed to seize business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • ~10+ years of experience in commercial technology sales.
  • Track record of achieving top sales performance with multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Relevant technical and industry knowledge.
