We are seeking a seasoned Technology leader to oversee multiple teams in both operations and back-office support capacities, ensuring efficient operations and a productive working environment for employees.

About the Role

The Director, SBS HR Tech Implementation will leverage project management and leadership expertise to guide teams in implementing initiatives and processes that meet scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Service, and Product.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and processes to ensure timely completion of work with focus on quality, priorities, and objectives.
  • Lead and inspire the organization in human resource management activities, including staffing optimization, performance management, and employee development.
  • Establish and communicate individual performance goals and objectives through regular meetings and performance reviews.
  • Manage escalated issues, provide direction, and evaluate direct reports' performance.
  • Develop and administer corrective action plans and monitor productivity and performance standards.
  • Serve as an acting backup to other leaders, providing guidance and direction to team members when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and develop leaders.
  • Strong client relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and latest web technologies.
  • Prior leadership training.
