Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, direct and assign tasks to warehouse staff, and ensure accurate order shipping, staging, and loading. They will also implement routing changes, adapt schedules as needed, and manage attendance and timekeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment, and strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge is required, and leadership experience and certifications such as Forklift, WHMIS, or TDG are an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, Randstad Canada offers contract-to-hire positions with potential for long-term growth, shift premium in addition to wages, and the opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain experience in warehouse management.
