Job Description

The Strategic HR Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall success of Chandos.

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of applicant information.
  • Promote organizational efficiency by assisting in screening applicants and recruiting processes.
  • Organize employee records and perform data entry tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and maintain HR-related documents through scanning, copying, and filing processes.
  • Maintain the organization's email inbox and respond to inquiries as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and update the monthly Organization Chart.
  • Conduct audits on HR systems and files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and edit content for the company intranet to enhance communication.
  • Conduct research on HR-related topics such as trends and best practices.
  • Analyze and document current HR processes, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, using tools like flowcharts and process maps.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in administration, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
