Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 836847 Yukon Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales and Revenue: Assign sales staff to duties, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personnel Management: Hire, train, and develop staff, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: Urban area.
