Retail Store Manager

Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including sales and returns.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
