About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1273129 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure a safe and secure work environment, and maintain a clean and organized store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
