About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 836847 Yukon Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the store and the company.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
