Membership Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Equinox in Vancouver. As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell club memberships and achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals
  • Prospect new business and clients, and host events and workshops for in-club lead generation
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to build a strong referral base and retain members
  • Conduct pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach, to secure member referrals
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Personal passion for health and fitness, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
