About the Role
SoulCycle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team in Vancouver. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling club memberships and achieving or exceeding individual sales goals
- Prospect new business and clients to increase sales and revenue
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation and member engagement
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive referrals and retention
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month, including strategic outreach, to secure member referrals and drive sales
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
- Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
