Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive deposit and liquidity product strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining lower-cost operating deposits while enhancing the bank's net interest margin.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and minimize costs, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Analyze and interpret industry data, regulatory requirements, and client needs to create business cases for proposed products and services, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall strategy.">
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with stakeholders across Treasury, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.">
  • A minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in product development and management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex initiatives, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.">
  • A 'client-first' mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
