Job Description

The Portfolio Management Director Lead will oversee the Portfolio Management unit for business banking credit within the International Business segment. The successful candidate will lead and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.

  • Lead customer-focused culture development to deepen client relationships and leverage Bank systems and knowledge.
  • Develop, modernize, and maintain portfolio management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Improve reports and queries, setting standards for effective information presentation with risk analysis perspective.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. A postgraduate education in business or relevant field is preferred.
