About the Role
- You will develop and be accountable for the backlog and roadmap for Retail Deposits, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- You will anticipate project bottlenecks and blockers, working with multiple departments to overcome challenges.
- You will design and manage the strategic roadmap for Retail Deposit products, including B2C, agents, and fintech solutions.
- You will oversee the profit and loss of Retail Deposit products, managing balances and ensuring growth in targeted channels and products.
- You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely completion, and budget adherence.
About You
You have 8-10+ years of experience in deposit management, banking operations, financial services, or Fintech/Banking-adjacent, with a focus on retail deposits. You have 5+ years of experience leading a team in a professional setting. You hold a Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year, depending on your skills, abilities, and experience. You will also receive a discretionary profit share opportunity.
