About the Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our retail deposit product offerings, including B2C deposits, agent deposits, and fintech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage pricing strategies for retail deposit products.
  • Oversee the profit and loss of retail deposit products, managing balances and ensuring growth in targeted channels and products.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely completion, and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic adjustments.

About the Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in or supporting deposit management, banking operations, financial services, or fintech/ banking-adjacent with a focus on retail deposits.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team in a professional setting.
  • Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Alternatively, a background in software engineering with the prerequisite business experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams, including product owners and business systems analysts.
