Job Summary:

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Circle K retail store. This involves supervising a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks to team members, handling customer complaints, and managing store finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Authorise returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with store policies.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient store operations.
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Organise and maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise staff, provide feedback, and support team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage store finances, including cash handling and reconciliation.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience with a proven track record of customer service and sales performance.
  • Ability to supervise and train a team of sales staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
