Ottawa Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Ottawa, Canada. As a key member of our beBee Professionals team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of staff members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
