We seek an experienced National Sales Director to drive revenue growth across the Canadian market. This senior leadership role involves managing a high-performing family wealth advisory team, cultivating strong relationships with client-facing advisors and wealth managers, and ensuring our investment products achieve widespread adoption.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading national sales teams and achieving revenue targets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, monitoring industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Strong analytical abilities, public speaking skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve organic revenue and market share targets.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a team of family wealth advisors, foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization, and work closely with marketing and compliance teams.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with client-facing advisors and wealth managers, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with VP, Corporate Development to attract and retain Family Wealth Advisors.
Requirements:
- Established senior management experience with 15+ years of progressive experience in sales within the investment or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading national or large-scale sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and sales data, proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools, and knowledge of AML procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word & Outlook) and strong public speaking and presentation skills.
