We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2346001 Ontario Inc. as a Chef de Partie.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our company's standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings and stay competitive in the market.
- Lead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, such as corporate functions and client entertaining.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
